Ann Wilson has enjoyed recruiting since 1996. She joined Kennison & Associates when she moved to Boston because of their longstanding reputation for quality and professionalism. Previously she established and managed an Executive Marketing and Sales Division for a recruiting company in Connecticut. She believes recruiting is a natural transition from her previous success in selling and marketing high-end real estate because she uses the same “people skills.” Ann says, “ listening and understanding are the key factors” to making a good match for both her corporate clients and candidates. When the corporate client is asking her to find the “perfect” Candidate, she actively seeks to understand both the business needs and their culture. With her candidates, she works to have an accurate assessment of the individual’s interests, skills, knowledge and abilities to facilitate the ideal match. She earned her BA and M.Ed. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
