Administrative Assistant- Executive Search- 45-55K


Seeking an Administrative Professional with outstanding time management and client services skills to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator at a boutique executive search firm. Interested candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant

• Front desk telephone support and client/candidate reception
• Inventory management
• Meeting and function planning
• Expense processing
• General office maintenance
• Liaise with building management and maintenance personnel
• Process candidate reimbursement and education verifications forms
• Database/Information Technology maintenance
• Calendar administration

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant

• Exceptional ability to manage time and efficiently multi-task
• Polished, poised, professional demeanor
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based online systems (, Dropbox, Zoom, etc.)
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant

• Annual salary $45,000-55,000
