Seeking an Administrative Professional with outstanding time management and client services skills to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator at a boutique executive search firm. Interested candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator

• Front desk telephone support and client/candidate reception
• Inventory management
• Meeting and function planning
• Expense processing
• General office maintenance
• Liaise with building management and maintenance personnel
• Process candidate reimbursement and education verifications forms
• Assist with other search support when possible
• Database/Information Technology maintenance
• Calendar administration

Requirements of Administrative Coordinator

• Exceptional ability to manage time and efficiently multi-task
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, superb telephone manner
• Polished, poised, professional demeanor
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based online systems (Box.com, Dropbox, Zoom, etc.)
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation of Administrative Coordinator
• Annual salary up to $55,000
