Summary

International law firm with offices in downtown Boston has an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager to advise attorneys on marketing strategy and business development.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager

• Support all client relationship activities
• Collaborate with partners to develop/execute annual business development plans
• Monitor business development activity and report on a monthly basis
• Participate in lead generation
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Manage budget and logistics for attorneys’ marketing/networking activities
• Interface with Communications team on PR strategies

Requirements for the Business Development Manager

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience, ideally in legal environment
• 1+ year as manager preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with CRM tools and databases a plus
• Flexibility
• Outstanding communication skills

Compensation for the Business Development Manager

• Annual salary up to $145,000
