Summary:
Our client, a private equity located downtown Boston, is seeking a temporary Clerical/Office assistant to assist with yearend projects.
Responsibilities for the Temporary Clerical/Office Assistant:
- Purging and organizing files
- Electronically sorting and filing information into the company’s databases
- Distributing and organizing mail
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
- Answering and directing calls as needed
- Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed
Requirements for the Temporary Clerical/Office Assistant
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- High level of organization
- The ability to work on multiple projects at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Past experience in a clerical position is preferred but not required
Compensation for the Temporary Clerical/Office Assistant:
$15-$17/hour
