Clerical/Office Assistant-$15-$17/Hour-Temporary!


Our client, a private equity located downtown Boston, is seeking a temporary Clerical/Office assistant to assist with yearend projects.

Responsibilities for the Temporary Clerical/Office Assistant:

  • Purging and organizing files
  • Electronically sorting and filing information into the company’s databases
  • Distributing and organizing mail
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
  • Answering and directing calls as needed
  • Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the Temporary Clerical/Office Assistant

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High level of organization
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Past experience in a clerical position is preferred but not required
