Global software firm in Cambridge has an immediate opening for a proactive Marketing Professional with experience in field marketing to develop and execute field marketing and sales events in the U.S.

Responsibilities for the Event & Lead Generation Manager

• Handle U.S. operational marketing activities as well as lead generation for the North American market
• Run the US marketing programs in alignment with the global marketing and the US sales team
• Lead the US event and field marketing campaign setup and operations
• Create all event support materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing programs
• Manage event calendar, budgets, project plans, summaries, and follow-up
• Own total event execution
• KPI-measurement: track and measure field and event marketing effectiveness and ROI

Requirements for the Event & Lead Generation Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications
• 5+ years’ experience in event and field marketing
• Proven success in event and project management
• Ability to travel when necessary
• Experience in high-tech environment a plus

Compensation for the Event & Lead Generation Manager
• Annual salary up to $90,000 plus bonus
