Summary

Well-positioned healthcare start-up, west of Boston, needs a seasoned Administrative Professional to support the CEO. This position demands a candidate who isn’t fazed in a “do-it-all” role, who knows how to work smart and fast, and who can set priorities easily and effectively. The Professional in this role may have the option of working remotely when the CEO travels.

Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant

• Manage calendar
• Arrange complex travel
• Prepare all meeting materials, including presentation
• Prepare/process expenses
• Manage on-site facilities/inventories and liaise with vendors
• Perform Human Resources functions temporarily
• Interact with Board of Directors
• Handle all on-site meeting logistics

Requirements for the Executive Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience interfacing with a Board of Directors
• 5+ years’ executive level administrative experience
• Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

Compensation for the Executive Assistant

• Annual salary $80,000-100,000
