Requirements for the Help Desk Analyst

• Associates’ degree in Computer Science
• 1+ years’ experience supporting Windows-based OS and Microsoft products
• Advanced MS Excel and / or Access skills preferred
• A+, Network+, MSCP certifications a plus

Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst

• Annual salary $47,000-52,000 DOE
