Summary

 International healthcare technology firm in Cambridge has an opening for an IT Professional to provide support to a Vice President, both on and off-site. 

Responsibilities for the Help Desk Professional 

  • Purchase, install and configure new laptops
  • Maintain/update all software and network configurations
  • Support Apple macOS, iOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Troubleshoot/repair issues
  • Travel to VP’s homes to install/maintain systems
  • Support other executives as needed

Requirements for the Help Desk Professional 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience with Apple devices/services, and Windows environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Must own a car

Compensation for the Help Desk Professional 

  • Annual salary $70,000-80,000 plus bonus
