Responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator

• Assists with new hire and intern program orientations
• Coordinates onboarding materials and oversees background checks
• Manages employee benefits in Workday HCM system
• Assists with health and welfare plans renewal
• Coordinates HR/manager training events
• Produces PowerPoint presentations
• Supports HR team with compliance

Requirements for the Human Resources Coordinator

• BA/BS
• 2+ years’ experience with benefits administration
• Prior HRIS experience- WD HCM a plus
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Compensation for the Human Resources Coordinator

• Annual salary $65,000-70,000
