Office Administrator- Temp to Hire- 50-55K


Our client, with offices west of Boston, has an opening for a proactive Administrative Professional with superb problem-solving skills to manage the daily office operations.  The candidate in this role will also provide light administrative support to an Associate Partner.

Responsibilities for the Office Administrator

  • Inventory management, including vendor negotiations and supplies and budget oversight
  • Internal activities management
  • Event planning
  • Office space prep for new hires
  • Back-up support for company planes and pilots
  • Light calendar administration
  • Special project assistance as needed

Requirements for the Office Administrator

  • BA/BS
  • 2-3 years’ office management experience in professional services environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in deadline-driven situations

Compensation for the Office Administrator 

  • Annual salary $50,000-55,000
