Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant 

  • Calendar management
  • Expense reporting
  • Travel arranging
  • Inventory and vendor management
  • Back-up coverage for receptionist

Requirements for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ administrative support experience
  • Upbeat, proactive attitude a must
  • Flexiblilty

Compensation for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant 

  • Annual salary $60,000-75,000
