Summary

Our client, an international private equity firm, needs an experienced Office Services Coordinator to support the Office Manager in maintaining daily office operations.

Responsibilities for the Office Services Coordinator

• Perform administrative duties relating to Office Services, e.g., maintain team calendar, handle team’s responsibilities on company intranet, build/manage documentation
• Liaise with vendors, tracking contract life-cycles and making recommendations for renewals
• Manage corporate travel contracts
• Oversee reception area processes
• Monitor team’s budget
• Coordinate all aspects of employee moves, renovations, and building services

Requirements for the Office Services Coordinator

• BA/BS
• 5+ years’ senior level facilities management experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Familiar with contract/vendor negotiation
• Occasional availability on Friday evening/Saturday

Compensation for the Office Services Coordinator

• Annual salary up to $80,000 plus bonus
