Summary

International hospitality firm has an opening for a Partnership Marketing Manager to join their Boston office. Collaborating with the Product Team, in this role, you will initiate/execute corporate partnerships, secure funding from partners and suppliers, and negotiate terms with affiliates and partners.

Responsibilities for the Business Development & Partnership Marketing Manager

• Take ownership of overall Partnership Marketing activities, including budget, scheduling, and resource needs
• Identify industry partners for lead generation
• Handle marketing, negotiate contracts and train corporate partners
• Manage partnership projects from inception to completion, including timelines, budgets, and teams’ input
• Negotiate funding for joint marketing projects with partners
• Analyze campaign results and provide follow-up

Requirements for the Business Development & Partnership Marketing Manager

• Must have a strong track record of developing company branding partnerships with other well- known luxury brands
• Strong negotiating skills
• Demonstrable experience in business development
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Both domestic and international travel required
• Travel industry experience a plus

Compensation for the Business Development & Partnership Marketing Manager

• Annual salary up to $130,000 plus bonus
