Prominent Boston law firm is seeking a Patent Practice Specialist with an advanced understanding of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution procedures, rules, and guideline.

Responsibilities for the Patent Practice Specialist

• Provides project support for Patent Prosecution Group
• Prepares client-specific reports
• Assists with review of client file information
• Oversees review of the transfer docket
• Monitor annuity payment deadline notices
• Review annuity data and follow up with the appropriate party

Requirements for the Patent Practice Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ year’s related experience
• Strong understanding of laws and guidelines related to U.S. and foreign patent prosection
• Prior experience with annuities preferred

Compensation for the Patent Practice Specialist

• Annual salary $80,000-90,000 DOE
