Receptionist- up to $15/hr



Our client is seeking a temporary receptionist to assist in their growing firm!  The successful candidate will be polished, unflappable, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor.


Responsibilities of the Temporary Receptionist:


  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and managing internal & external customers timely and professionally
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
  • Maintain Inventory of all office supplies and order as needed
  • Assist in general office administration
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required


Requirements of the Temporary Receptionist:


  • Previous reception experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with using a multi-line phone
  • Highly detailed oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation for the Temporary Receptionist:


  • Hourly salary $15/hr
