Innovative transportation firm is seeking a Recruiter to join their office northwest of Boston.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter

• Screen resumes, evaluating for appropriate candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule phone screens
• Arrange candidate’s travel/lodging if needed
• Manage applicant tracking system

Requirements for the Recruiter

• Associate degree
• Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
• Proven recruiting track record
• Strong understanding of HR policies

Compensation for the Recruiter

• Annual salary up to $75,000
