Summary

Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, has an opening for a Senior Manager to direct the Boston office’s efforts in sourcing and recruiting highly-skilled associates and partners, as well as managing the office’s alumni relations.

Responsibilities for the Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting / Alumni Affairs

• Build/manage recruiting budget
• Review hiring needs with management and implement appropriate initiatives
• Build vigorous candidate pipelines by collaborating with law school placement officers and search firm recruiters
• Design/administer summer program
• Oversee recruiting team
• Collaborate with Alumni Committee to maintain relationships with local alumni

Requirements for the Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting / Alumni Affairs

• Bachelor’s degree, with JD strongly preferred
• 5-6 years’ attorney recruiting experience, preferably in large law firm, or
• 5-6 years’ experience in law school career services, or
• 2 years’ experience practicing in a law firm

Compensation for the Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting / Alumni Affairs

• Annual salary up to $140,000
