Megan Cuddy is a respected figure in the Boston recruiting industry, having worked in professional recruitment for MIT Sloan and the Boston Consulting Group before joining Kennison & Associates.Throughout her career Megan has felt most rewarded by making both human and professional connections between applicants and clients. “We all spend a major percentage of our time at our jobs.With that in mind, I am keenly aware of the importance of correctly matching applicants with jobs and employers on a personal and professional level. One can never lose sight of the fact that this is a people business.” Megan hold a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College.
